Events Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Research industry-related trade shows, conventions, conferences, and similar exhibition and sponsorship opportunities.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute all aspects of event operations in accordance with financial and time restraints.
  • Plan and oversee sponsorships and booth space, booth construction, decor, graphics, budgeting, and all other event-related logistics.
  • Serve as point person for all events and trade shows and assist with setup and breakdown.
  • Travel is required. Traveling includes within the state and across the country.
  • Work with internal marketing team (content writers, designers, digital marketing specialists) and provide support on marketing objectives across different channels.
  • Work with department heads as it relates to events and sponsorships
  • Research and book appropriate venues.
  • Track overall event expenses regularly and analyze and evaluate event results.
