Our latest feature rollout focuses on improving efficiency, clarity, and flexibility across your lead management, call tracking, and financial workflows within Phonexa, while also enhancing the user experience.
Here’s what’s new this quarter and how it’s already making a difference for Phonexa clients across industries.
What’s New: We’ve renamed the “Report Custom Fields” section to “Report Customization” and added a new view called Lead Body (Lead Info) that allows users to reorder fields using drag-and-drop.
Purpose: This change might seem minor, but for analysts who rely on clean report layouts, it saves time. Instead of rearranging columns manually after exporting, you now control the order within the platform itself.
How Teams Use It: A team building reports for weekly performance reviews no longer has to fix formatting in Excel. They simply rearrange fields once and pull clean data every time.

What’s New: We are introducing IP-based access to the Lead Stash API, allowing users more control over who can send or retrieve data. These controls are sectioned as Allow IP List and Block IP List. Allow and Block IP Lists either provide or deny access to the Lead Stash, while Priority IP applies to any IPs listed in both lists, and defers to Block IP’s as precedence
Purpose: This update is all about data protection. By specifying trusted IPs, you reduce the chances of unauthorized systems accessing sensitive lead data.
How You Can Use It: A company using Lead Stash to sync leads from internal servers or systems now limits API activity to a defined range of IP addresses tied to its corporate servers. Any unknown or external attempts are automatically rejected, adding an extra layer of security.
What’s New: If a buyer hangs up before the system’s “Duration to Sell” time expires, those calls can now be rerouted to another Ping Tree or Campaign using the new Abandoned Call setting. Leads are also tagged so they can be easily identified later.
Purpose: Dropped calls can represent lost revenue and frustrated consumers. This feature catches calls before they’re abandoned for good.
How Teams Use It: When a call is routed to a buyer, but the buyer hangs up before the required duration to sell has passed, the buyer is not charged, and the lead would typically be lost. With Abandoned Call Routing enabled, Phonexa automatically reroutes the call to the next eligible buyer in the ping tree. This ensures the lead is preserved and still has a chance to convert, improving lead monetization.

What’s New: For teams using local phone numbers, two new views are now available in the Tracking Pool Examination Report: Group by State and Group by City.
Purpose: These location-based views give marketers and analysts a clearer understanding of where their inbound traffic is coming from without relying on third-party tools.
How Teams Use It: A marketing manager running geo-targeted campaigns in the Southeast U.S. uses the city-level view to identify overperformance in Atlanta and adjusts the budget mid-campaign.

What’s New: We’ve made it easier to build and troubleshoot tracking rules by splitting the action list into “Popular” and “All Actions.” We also added an “Adjacent Rules” column to show which rules run in parallel.
Purpose: When you’re working in complex rule environments, small interface improvements like this can save hours of second-guessing and debugging.
How Teams Use It: During a campaign audit, a QA manager sees which rules can trigger at the same time and why no additional rules can be added.

Several updates landed in Books360 this quarter:
What’s New: Clients can now set up their own SMTP settings for email campaigns. After email verification, messages are sent from your own domain instead of the platform default.
Purpose: You get more control, better branding, and fewer issues with spam filtering.
What’s New: This new report organizes client transactions by type and provides an exportable breakdown for accounting and audits.
Purpose: No more piecing together reports from multiple places. Now it’s one view, filtered and grouped as needed.
What’s New: We overhauled both pages to include section-based controls, live previews, and clearer formatting tools.
Purpose: Admins can now adjust invoice language or payout schedules and immediately see the result. There’s no guessing!
