Lilit Davtyan, the Chief Executive Officer for performance marketing automation company Phonexa, has been recognized as one of the esteemed honorees for the 2024 Women of Impact Awards by Women Impact Tech.
The Top 50 Women of Impact acknowledges remarkable women who have exerted substantial influence within the tech industry, thus paving the way for more women to pursue careers in this field.
“I’m passionate about both my role at Phonexa and as a women leader in the tech space, and I’m privileged that respected organizations such as Women Impact Tech have recognized my contributions,” said Davtyan. “I’m immensely proud to accept these new honors alongside a remarkable group of accomplished women driving the tech industry.”
This honor continues an impressive 2023 for Davtyan.
Earlier this year, Davtyan participated in the “Women In Leadership: How to Succeed & Pave it Forward” panel and served as a keynote speaker at the Women Impact Tech Conference in San Francisco.
The latest recognition comes on the heels of a busy 2022 for the seasoned executive, which was marked by an impressive streak of accomplishments.
Davtyan was named a nominee for the Los Angeles Business Journal’s Women’s Leadership Awards and a finalist for the San Fernando Valley Journal’s 2022 Women’s Leadership Awards. She was also named one of the Top 100 Accountants in Los Angeles by the LABJ.
Previously serving as Phonexa’s CFO, Davtyan possesses a unique background as a CPA, demonstrated by her journey to assume the role of CEO at Phonexa in 2021.
Davtyan has transcended the confines of traditional accounting, illustrating that CPAs are not limited to a single career path. Her professional trajectory has been marked by a progressively diverse collection of prestigious recognitions and awards from highly regarded publications and organizations.
Over the past three years, Davtyan earned the title of “CFO of the Year” from LABJ in 2020, received a subsequent nomination for the same award in 2021, and garnered another nomination for the CFO Leadership Award from the Los Angeles Times. She also secured the Gold Winner accolade in the “Woman Leadership of the Year” category at the TITAN Business Awards and was honored as “Executive of the Year” at LABJ’s Women’s Leadership Series & Awards in 2021.
In her current capacity as CEO, Davtyan directs Phonexa’s overarching growth strategies, forging valuable partnerships with enterprise companies. Beyond her CEO role, her track record of success extends to her contributions and active membership in reputable groups like the Forbes Business Council and CHIEF, a private network dedicated to empowering female leaders.
Before obtaining her CPA license, Davtyan earned her B.B.A. from Woodbury University and her Master of Business Taxation from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.
