iClaim, from ValidRecord, is now built directly into Phonexa.
When someone fills out a form on a webpage, iClaim captures what happened during the submission. It records the actions taken, the device used, and a visual playback of the form. That information is then turned into a compliant record that is ready for an audit.
And you don’t have to leave your Phonexa instance to do it.
Set Up Once, Everything Follows
Set up an iClaim Campaign for the first time, and your ValidRecord account and API credentials are generated automatically.
After that, you can manage everything from Phonexa:
- Usage goes through your existing Phonexa invoice.
- Campaigns are set up and managed in Phonexa.
- Recording Reports, Claim Reports, and Performance Summaries are available from their own section in the navigation menu.
Proof That Holds Up When It’s Needed
For outbound marketing calls and texts, having proof of consent matters. Missing documentation can also become a serious problem if a TCPA lawsuit comes up. Those cases can run into the millions.
iClaim gives you a record that can show a lead agreed to be contacted. It’s there when you need to go through an audit with a vendor or deal with a dispute.
There are a few other pieces of information iClaim captures that can be useful when looking at a lead:
- Lead age: Shows when the lead was collected. You can use that information to prioritise fresher leads, apply pricing tiers, or reject leads that are too old.
- Website of origin: Shows the site where the form was completed. This helps with source attribution and fraud prevention, as well as keeping track of where your leads actually come from.
- Form input type: Shows how the information was entered (manually, through autofill, or by a script). This can give you another way to assess lead quality and spot fraudulent activity without adding another tool to your stack.
For health insurance, Medicare Advantage, and ACA markets, this documentation is a requirement, not an optional extra.
CMS puts it this way:
[FDRs’] adherence to all terms and conditions of the organization’s contract with CMS, including compliance with all applicable Medicare laws and regulations, when acting on the plan’s behalf” is required, and CMS specifically calls out “requiring FDRs to identify the origin of the enrollment lead (e.g., call in based on TV ad, response to mailing).— Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, Requirements for Third Party Marketing Organizations (TPMOs), HPMS Memo, October 8, 2021.
