Los Angeles, CA — September 17, 2026 — An address is one of the first things a lead form asks for. It’s also one of the easiest things to get wrong. Phonexa and AddressVerify announced an integration that gives Phonexa clients direct access to AddressVerify’s real-time address and property data from inside their existing workflows.
This integration runs through iClear, Phonexa’s fraud prevention engine. Before a lead ever reaches a client’s pipeline, iClear looks at its digital identity, from email and phone to IP, domain, and behavior, and now it can factor in address and property data too.
The setup is built to work whether a client is starting fresh or already has AddressVerify running. Existing accounts connect with an API key and start feeding data into Phonexa right away. New clients go through the same steps, just starting with account creation first.
In both cases, AddressVerify stays in the client’s own account, with its own usage and its own billing. Phonexa’s job is to make that data show up where the leads are.
What This Means for Phonexa Clients
Connected clients pull AddressVerify data in real time and pick the level of property intelligence their campaign needs.
Standard AddressVerify data covers:
- Address Verification, confirming a submitted address is accurate.
- Home Type Identification, flagging whether a property is single-family, multifamily, mobile home, condo, apartment, or townhouse.
- Property Valuation, an estimated home value returned instantly.
For clients looking for deeper property intelligence, Extended AddressVerify data can provide additional details such as:
- Bedrooms and bathrooms
- Living area and square footage
- Year built
- Lot size
- Tax assessed value and assessment year
- Last sold date
- Listing status
- Preforeclosure or auction indicators
In practice, this data becomes another layer of qualification within the lead flow. Clients can catch invalid addresses before a lead moves further down the funnel, filter and prioritize leads that align with their ideal customer profile, and route leads based on property type, value, or other relevant criteria.
With the extended data set, clients can push that targeting even further by using additional property characteristics to better understand the homeowner and property before the lead is sent downstream.
What they get back is more control over who enters a campaign, sharper routing, and less money spent on leads that were never going to convert.
What the Executives Are Saying
Chelsey Reynolds, CXO at Phonexa, sees this as a natural extension of the validation tools clients already rely on:
I think the AddressVerify integration is a great addition, especially for our home services clients where having an accurate and serviceable address is such an important part of lead quality. It gives customers another signal earlier in the funnel to validate the consumer and location before sending the lead downstream, while fitting naturally alongside the validation tools we already offer today.

Misha Semenov, Co-Founder at AddressVerify, sees the partnership as a way to give marketers more actionable property data while helping them filter and prioritize leads that better align with their ideal customer profile:
We’re incredibly excited to partner with Phonexa and support their continued focus on improving lead quality. Every lead matters, and the data behind it matters just as much. By enriching a lead with property insights derived from the address, we can give clients a clearer picture earlier in the funnel, helping them filter and prioritize leads that align with their ideal customer profile, make better decisions, optimize their campaigns, and ultimately grow their business.
