The most recent lineup of Phonexa features brings more control, sharper insights, and faster workflows to Phonexa clients. Whether you’re optimizing bids or improving user experience, these updates are here to work harder for you.
iClear
Preset Advanced Rules
What’s New: iClear now includes a selection of advanced rule presets for common configurations.
How It Works: Instead of starting from scratch, you can pick from curated presets designed for frequent use cases. The presets are editable too, so you can fine-tune them.
How to Use It: Choose a preset that fits your scenario—less setup, fewer chances of error, and quicker rule deployment.
LMS Sync & Call Logic
Campaign Filter-Based Bid Modifiers
What’s New: You can now base bid modifiers on Campaign Filters within Dynamic Bidding.
How It Works: This allows you to fine-tune how much you bid on leads. Leads that don’t quite match your criteria? Lower bid. High-intent ones? Go higher. Instead of dropping borderline leads, you can still place a controlled, lower-value bid.
How to Use It: Pair your bidding logic with the same filters you’re already using. It’s a smart way to boost efficiency, stretch your budget, and get more from every campaign.

Hide “Request Lead Return”
What’s New: There’s now a project-level option that lets you remove the “Request Lead Return” action for buyers.
How It Works: In the settings, you can toggle this option to prevent buyers from accessing the return request.
How to Use It: If you’re working with multiple buyers and want to avoid confusion or accidental lead return requests, just activate this setting.

Call Logic
Local Caller ID for Call Tracking Widget
What’s New: You can now show a local phone number based on where the site visitor is located.
How It Works: Phonexa identifies the visitor’s region using their IP address and then chooses a matching number from your pool. This local number appears in the widget automatically.
How to Use It: If someone in Los Angeles lands on your page, they’ll see a 213 or 310 number. It creates a local connection and increases the chance they’ll make that call.

Integration Builder
PUT and PATCH Support
What’s New: Integration Builder now supports PUT and PATCH methods for working with APIs that modify data.
How It Works: These methods let you update or change existing data within an API—something that wasn’t possible before inside the builder.
How to Use It: Use this when you need to send updates instead of creating new entries—like modifying lead details, syncing buyer info, or updating campaign data.

Instance Interface
New Accessibility Settings
What’s New: Users can now personalize their experience by adjusting font size and font family.
How It Works: These options are available in your profile settings and override the system defaults. A reset option is also there if you want to revert later.
How to Use It: Head to My Profile → System Settings. Choose the font style and size that feels right for you—especially helpful if you’re working long hours in the dashboard.

Grouped Roles
What’s New: User roles have also been reorganized into cleaner, more manageable groups.
How It Works: With roles now grouped visually, managing permissions feels and is much simpler.
How to Use It: System Management > Project Settings > Global. This will help streamline buyer access while keeping admin control intact.
