Phonexa has once again secured a strong showing in G2, collecting over two dozen badges, ranks, and impressive user-generated feedback in the G2 Summer 2023 Report.
Not only did Phonexa maintain its ability to resonate with users across diverse business models and verticals, but the performance marketing automation platform also increased product ranks with noteworthy Satisfaction and Market Presence scores.
As a result, Phonexa’s products received four Leader badges in the following categories, sitting at the top 25% quadrant of each product category:

- Leader, Small-Business, Affiliate Marketing
- Leader, Small-Business, Inbound Call Tracking
Additionally, Phonexa was named a High Performer across the Outbound Call Tracking for both small business and overall product categories.
The Phonexa suite has also been listed among the trending technology for Outbound Call Tracking Software, as well as the Affiliate Marketing Software categories.
With an above-competitor average satisfaction rating among clients, 100% of clients reported “Ease of Doing Business” with Phonexa, likewise reporting satisfaction for “Quality of Support” from the Phonexa team, while 99% of clients reported that Phonexa “Meets Requirements” and 98% of clients expressed their “Likelihood to Recommend” the product to their colleagues.
Looking toward the future, 96% of clients responded positively when asked if Phonexa’s products were headed in the right direction.
