Additional Guidance for Canadian Brands:
When registering a Canadian brand, follow these additional guidelines:
- Instead of the EIN, provide your Provincial or Federal Corporation/Registry ID Numbers (for Private Profit or Public Profit brand types).
- Avoid using your Canadian Federal Business Number (BN) or Canadian Revenue Agency Tax Account Numbers in the EIN section. However, if necessary, provide this information, ensuring to have official registration documents prepared for manual vetting.
- Keep official registration documents available, as changes in provincial identification numbers may require manual vetting.
Billing Details
- There’s a one-time, non-refundable $4 fee for registering a brand, which is applied by the Campaign Registry – an independent organization managing 10DLC brands and campaigns in collaboration with mobile network operators.
Next Steps after Brand Registration:
Upon brand registration, it undergoes an identity verification process. The status of your brand’s identity will be promptly available soon after.
